1. Admission Policy
Attendance at any Scale Rentals International conference is strictly contingent upon the mandatory purchase of a valid ticket exclusively through our official website. No alternative methods of admission are permitted.
2. Participation Criteria
Our conferences are exclusively designed for hosts and property managers within the short-term rental industry. Product and service providers who are not officially authorized sponsors of the conference are explicitly prohibited from purchasing general attendee tickets. Sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our sponsorship team.
3. Ticket Transfer Policy
Tickets are nominal and may be transferred to another individual provided that written notice is given to the Scale Organisation prior to the event. Complimentary tickets are non-transferable.
4. Ticket Purchase Limitations
A maximum of one ticket may be purchased per person. No more than four tickets may be purchased from the same entity or company.
5. Authorized Purchase Channels and Timeframe
Tickets must be purchased exclusively through the official Scale Rentals International conference website. Tickets purchased through unauthorized channels will not be honored.
6. Sold-out Events and Waiting Lists
In the event of a sold-out conference, we may maintain a waiting list. Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee admission. Waitlisted individuals will be notified if tickets become available.
7. Payment Terms and Admission
Full payment is required at the time of registration. No attendee shall be admitted to the conference without completed payment.
8. Modification, Postponement, or Cancellation of Event
The Scale Organisation reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event at its discretion. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, attendees will be offered a full refund or a credit towards a future event.
9. Limitation of Liability for Event Changes
The Scale Organisation shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from event modifications, postponements, or cancellations, including but not limited to travel or accommodation expenses.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
10.1 Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued under the specific circumstance of tickets purchased in direct contravention of the explicitly stated Participation Criteria. The Scale Organisation retains the sole authority to determine if such a violation has occurred.
10.2 Cooling Off Period
Ticket purchasers are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase, provided the event is more than 7 calendar days away.
10.3 Ticket Transfers
As an alternative to a refund, attendees may transfer their ticket to a different SCALE conference within 12 months of the original purchase date.
11. Consent to Inclusion in Scale Community
By purchasing a ticket and attending a Scale Rentals conference, attendees consent to being included in the Scale community network. This may include receiving communications related to future events, industry updates, and community activities.
